Form not being able to submit

This is the form we are working on. There is a condition set that if any single choice questions asked in Page 2 is marked as "no" then the form should skip to Page 6 and show a customised Thank You page.

The logic is working and it skips to Page 6. However, in Page 6, no 'Next' button shows up and we are unable to submit the form.

I have spent multiple ways of handling this - hasn't worked out

It seems you have only used page breaks in your form.

Kindly add the submit button which can be found in the Form Elements>basic.
