After submitting form, it's stuck on "Please wait"

My form Big Game Hunt seems to be having some issues. When people go to submit the form it says please wait and just stays there. They can not get it to submit. I tried and had the same issue. It was working fine this morning.

I cloned your form and did a test submission and I was able to successfully submit the form without any issues. You can refer to my screencast below for reference.

I have cleared your form cache as an additional measure. Please try doing a test submission again. If the issue is still occurring, can you try using a different browser?

If it's still persisting despite doing that, can you give us your permission to do a test submission on your actual form so we could check if this will also occur on our end?
