i have ordered a GRAD hoody printed on back, but nothing was printed on the back of the hoody that I got.

From the looks of it, you have submitted a form that was created through us. In this case, I'd suggest that you directly contact the form's owner or the one who gave you the form link as they're the seller of those products.
