    I can not see my forms and I asked a question about the upgrade since I just purchased the silver plan this week. I would like to upgrade but I am so new to Jotform that I do not know what the higher plan would do for me and if it would help us.

    I had 4 or 5 forms I had built and do not want to loose them please help.

    Upon checking, your account is showing in good standing.

    Kindly login on a different browser or incognito mode and then check if you can see all your forms.
