Hey guys, I love your solutions!
I was setting up a form today and I thought I could create a customized "auto verification" e-mail that gets sent to person who filled out the form...
However when I tested it today... I received notification at my "default" account e-mail address, but I didn't receive a verfication e-mail as the customer.
Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Hi, I see you only have an email notification, which is for you to receive the data an individual filled out in the form. To create an autoresponder, so individuals get a confirmation email, please see this guide "Creating a Form Autoresponder".
Also, on regards of the email notification, there are some fields that are left in blank, I would recommend you to complete it, and to test it, click on "Preview" and submit a live form. Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
