template for multiple options

I've added the products with size and quantity options with prices but I need to have clients be able to enter the file name of the photo they want to use for the product they are purchasing.  How can I do that?  And what if they want to order 1 5x7 print and 1 8x10 print using 2 different photos?  My form as it is now doesn't give them that option.  I couldn't find a template allowing me to do that.  Please help.

Unfortunately, that's not possible with the payment tool. We do not have such option available. What you can do for now is to create a separate text box or text area field for the users to enter their image information.
