can jotform be used for collecting tax declarations and superannuation details

Hello, for our records, we would be looking to use jotform for collecting tax file declaration and superannuation details from our employees.

hoping to send them a jotform to complete the paperwork, attach it in their form, complete and submit to us.

we would then use that information for suppling to bookkeepers for adding to their xero employee files.
