Forms Management

I want to keep all of our forms in my main account. I have one user that has created some forms I need to copy. Currently I am a sub-account user on her account. 

So

How can I best copy her forms to my main account?

Secondly when I add sub-accounts on my main account will the forms be held in my main account?

The answer to 2nd question is Yes. As the main account, you own the forms. Sub-accounts/users can be given permission only by the main account(you). Please refer also to this guide

Yes, I have tried this, but it keeps saving the cloned form in the shared forms not my forms. How can I resolve this?

Is the user in question a sub-account user? Please try the cloning step by not having the user as a sub-account of another account.
