Thank you page on a website gets blocked by popups and the sender gets no thank you

The form was a link not embedded. No thsnk you page on my website showed after submission. Instead desktop Chrome said that a popup was blocked. The mobile version went to the thank you page.
So now I will never use an external thank you page again because this can easily happen to my clients and there is important information in the thank you page .

Thank you for clarifying.
If I had the link to the form, I could have run a test.
If Chrome is blocking the page, you can change those settings in Chrome. Additionally, like you also noted, you can provide the information by editing the Thank You page, you could also include a link on the Thank You page directing your submitters to click on it for more information.

of my clients. Fixing the pop-up on my computer will not fix the issue
overall.
But thank you for your assistance I hope I have helped Jotform by sharing
my issue.

If pop-ups are blocked in the user's browser there is nothing we can do to override it.
