How to get rid of the original form?

When I upload the original form to copy how can I remove it? I don't want it to be seen?

Hello,

To delete forms in your account you would need to first go to MyForms and locate the form that you wanted to delete. Second, locate the form highlight it then click more on the right side and click on the Delete button.

Please note that once you delete the form it will go to the trash folder and would automatically be purged after 30 days along with its submissions.
