How to open PDFs that were added to a form in Monday.com

I created a JotForm and integrated the form with Monday.com. In the form, there is a file upload section. When the files integrate with Monday.com board, I cannot open the files. It give me an error message. Please advise.

You need to be logged in to your Jotform account to access files.

If you want to access files while logged out, you will need to edit the settings to allow opening uploaded files while logged out.
