    Hey Guys!

    I'd like to know if I can get a quote to build this exact page, with the same functionality in jot form?

    Optional Bonus:  The big custom feature, is the offer upgrades automatically from a 7 day pass, to a 14 day pass when the user signs in with the social media plugin.

    I take it you want to build an exact replica of that form using our formbuilder? Is that correct?

    Also, I apologize for any dismay but we do not do quoted work that I know of since we are already paid by our company to help our customers out as much as possible anyway. The only drawback is that sometimes these thing take time depending on our workload here in the forum and with other various requests according to complexity if any.

    I'm fairly confident we can apply the first part no problem. However, As for this secondary part it may take a lot more time to try to figure out if we are able to do something like that. I think it would likely involve the form's source code and have to be built outside of our service though since right now I'm unable to think of any immediate feature that would work like that at the moment. If we are able to come up with a solution for this then we'll certainly let you know about this as soon as we can.

    In the meantime - would you be able to build a scripted page that replicated this - without the social media upgrade functionality?

    Hi,

    Please check this form template for the basic form originally requested.

    You can use the template, and adjustment on the social media buttons using your own accounts.

    You can also add the notification e-mail on the form as it does not have one by default.
