I have inserted the embeded code  to my text part in my wordpress site. I have also tried using the WP plugin [jotform id=31744781433961] and it is not woking either. The forms use to work just fined but then one day all the forms in my website dissapeared.

    My website is http://gocompete.net/.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

Your forms are currently disabled because you've maxed out your submissions limit and upload storage limit. You can't see the embedded form when it's disabled.

You may consider upgrading your account to our Paid Plans: http://www.jotform.com/pricing. Or, you can wait until April 1st, the next system schedule for resetting limits for all account types.

    Thanks

My apologies. Let me clarify that storage limit is a separate feature and doesn't reset back to zero during system reset. So, even the system resets your submissions limit to zero, your account will remain at over quota or overlimited status if you don't delete your submissions with uploaded files on it. Please backup/download your submissions/files first before deleting submissions because once you purge them from your account, there is no way you can retrieve it back.

Or, if you do not want to delete files from your account, then upgrading your account is the only option to reactivate your forms.

    Thanks
