    Hi there


    im currently on jotform and have been advised that I have reached my Jotform upload limit. i have deleted all the forms i have received. can you please advise what this means.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for your message and here to assist you with your inquiry.

    Account under the free plan has an upload space limit of 100MB per month, and upon checking your account status, you currently use 144.66 MB.

    This happened when you deleted the submissions and uploads, the uploaded files failed to delete from our servers. They are deleted from your account, however, they are still saved in our databases and are still counting towards your total available space.

    Hope this clarifies things.

    i have just purchased the yearly silver package. Can you please advise as to where i can see my storage limit etc on a regular basis.
