Is there any way to make the Credit Card fields of the Stripe integration un-required if a free product is chosen?

I created a form with a pricing structure dependent on if the person applying is a member of our organization and how many entries s/he is submitting.

If the person is a member, they receive up to 3 submissions for free. If the person is not a member, they receive up to 3 submissions for $35. Additional submissions are $5 each, and each person is limited to 5 total submissions.

Ideally selecting a product would still be required to submit the form, whether or not they qualify for a cost-free application.

How would I be able to do this in Jotform?

With what I made, the person still has to input their credit card info to submit even if they select a free product. We're worried that this will dissuade qualifying people from submitting if they have to give their credit card info for a free product.
