Can I use jotform to make a lead quiz?

If I insert a form on my website can it recognise who has already filled out the form and not show up again the next time they visit the site?

Unfortunately Jotform does not have this feature.
You can embed Jotform forms to your website, but to make the form show or disappear based on whether it has been already filled out, you would need to create the code and program this on your website side.
