    No "properties" tab in Windows 8!

    As you can see on the picture, there is no PROPERTIES tab for the form, which is opened in Windows 8 machine. And everything is fine when we open this in Windows 7. This is happening with al forms there.

    What may be the problem? Which plugins, addons or whatever we have to install or fix in the machine with Windows 8 to make Jotform work properly?

    In the case with WIndows 8 - the module "Tour" cannot be even selected by mouse! Nothing happens after click on it.

    Hello orest,

    We are unable to replicate the problem here with windows 8 and chrome. 

    As you can see on the picture, there is no PROPERTIES tab for the form, which is opened in Windows 8 machine. And everything is fine when we open this in Windows 7. This is happening with al forms there.

    Upon taking a closer look at your screenshot, it appears that you have not selected the "Tour" field in your first screenshot. That is the reason why you do not see the "Properties" tab.

     

    In the case with WIndows 8 - the module "Tour" cannot be even selected by mouse! Nothing happens after click on it.

    I will suggest you to clear your browser cache and see if that makes any difference. It could be because of the browser cache data. The following guide should help you clear browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Dear Ashwin. cleanin casj does not help at all.

     

    And abput selection - the point of this problem is that it is impossibme to select the "Tour" field. when the mouse it shows it, but when I clock - it is not selecting. Can you help with that?

    Thanks for the additional information.

    I runned some tests in Windows 8 and Chrome and using a cloned version of your form, however, I was not able to reproduce the issue from my side:

    As my colleague stated in his reply, probably you are not selecting the Tour field, make sure to click on it and that the little red "X" and the Gear icon appear.

    Did you already try using a different browser to see if the same issue happens? FireFox is also a very efficient browser like Chrome. However, as you can see I have not been able to reproduce the issue with Chrome as you see.
