Dynamic Field Widget - blank data on email

    I am using the Dynamic Field widget which allows the user to add another field and enter details.  However,  when I test the form, it does not show field text content on the Notification email.  It's as if the form is not picking up the entries made in the "Dynamic Field" Widget.  How can I ensure the field entries are picked-up and seen on the notification email?

    Hi,

    That happens because the field tag e.g. {field} of the dynamic widget on your form notification is incorrect. Thus resulting to a blank submissions data on your email.

    To correct it,

    1. Open your form notification

    2. Delete the existing field tag next to TOURS NEEDED

    3. Under Form Fields side bar, click TOURS NEEDED to insert the correct field tag.

    Thanks for the quick response, but the solution you gave does not work.   I followed your instruction and the notification email is void of the field entries.

    Please try removing your current Email Notification. And recreate it. Then test the form by performing a submission. Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi, is this something that will not show only on your email notifications? or is it showing blank when you check your Submission in your JotForm account? I just clone your form and did the test, I see it is showing on the email notification:

    You may set that field as required:

    Also, you may try cloning your form, and try the cloned version, since in my cloned one it did work. Let us know what happens.
