Does it make any difference that I haven't even completed setting up the form yet? I tried submitting a bunch of times to test the form because it still isn't working right. How are we supposed to create and test forms without checking to see if the submit function works?

Hi, we have reset your SSL submission counter only for this time, make sure not to check the secure form checkbox to avoid using only the 10 SSL submissions.
