Why can't I edit a new form's title?

I'm having issues, which prevent me from clicking on the title of a form and editing it. I also have issues accessing my account's forms from time to time. Please help. Thanks!

I am sorry, but I am not able to reproduce the same issue.

You can also change the form Title/Name in the Preferences settings

Please try also clearing your browser's cache just in case lingering old scripts/codes are causing this on your borwser.
