Our form is now forcing a reCaptcha and date difficulties.

    For some reason our Vaccine Consent Form is forcing us to use reCaptcha even though we have not had that as an element in the form. We have cleared the cache for the form, as well as added and then removed the reCaptcha in hopes it would clear the issue. Our forms are filled out mostly on iPads (8th gen, software version 15.1). I do not need to verify the form is being filled out by a human as the form is only filled out in my building.

    Secondly, occasionally the birth date element on page 1 of this form will not accept a date and claim it is in the wrong format. It errors both in typing the date and in selecting the date from the drop down. The problem isn't consistent and typically reseting the form corrects the form. This isn't a dire need, but more of an FYI to see if the coding is jumbled for some reason.

    Hey there,

    I have forwarded your CAPTCHA issue to a dedicated team that would Whitelist your account so you wouldn´t encounter that anymore.

    I´ll update you here once I have their response.

    About the date,

    I have entered your form and managed to input a birth date without any difficulties,

    Can you please elaborate and even share a screenshot of the issue that you´re having?

    Thank you for the speedy response regarding the reCaptcha.

    As for the date it is something that comes and goes. I will screenshot it next time I encounter it. Thank you.
