Form integration with MailChimp not adding tag

We set up a test form in Jotform and set up integration with Mailchimp. We want the sign up form to add a tag. We picked the tag we want in the form set up. We see the new person show up in Mailchimp "audience", but the tag is not there.

Are you using dynamic tagging on your form or static tagging? I have cleared your form caches. Can you also re-integrate the MailChimp integration on your form and make a test submission?

Further data: we have added the form to our Wordpress site (globaloffsitecare.org) to a test page. We tried both embed and html. When clicking Submit it says Please wait..., but does not update. No error message and the new subscriber does not show up in Mailchimp.

I checked and we had dynamic tagging set. Not sure how that happened. I am changing to static tag. and will post results of next test.

Thank you very much for the additional data. May we know how is your form embedded into the site? Can you try embedding your form using the iFrame code to see if the submit button will push through?

I tested the iframe code today and found that it worked correctly. Thanks for the advice.
