Yes there are submission limits with every subscription plan. Free accounts can receive up to 100 non secure, 10 secure / SSL and 10 payment submissions. If any of these llimits are reached, all your forms will be disabled. To activate your forms again, you will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.
Apart from submission limits, free account also has upload space allocation of 100 MB. To free up your upload storage space, you will have to delete your submission records which has file attachment.
