    Dear Jotform,

I've created this report http://www.jotform.com/report/40994133169056 from my CRT Survey form

Can you please advise how I can display the entries for all question (1a thru 1k) on the submitted from? Only the first five questions are displayed currently.

Also why despite saving the report, I have to select the columns to display every time I load the report?

    Supplementary question.

If I wished to  report on the number of submissions who selected the same answer of a particular question. How would you suggest I did that?

i.e. I want to known the number of submissions that "Strongly Agree with question 1a.

Thanks for a brilliant product that I find exciting and exasperating to use. Keep it up.

    Regards,

    Howard

    Hello Howard,

Please find the answers to your queries below:

Can you please advise how I can display the entries for all question (1a thru 1k) on the submitted from? Only the first five questions are displayed currently.

Upon checking your report, I found that it is displaying all the questions of your matrix field. Please check the screenshot below:

Also why despite saving the report, I have to select the columns to display every time I load the report?

It seems you are talking about when you open your report from your submission page. It actually opened the report in edit mode and that is the reason it runs the report wizard again where you can select the columns. Same behavior is across all report types.

If I wished to  report on the number of submissions who selected the same answer of a particular question. How would you suggest I did that?

Unfortunately, we do not have such feature. Is is currently not possible to customize reports query in any manner. It will display all the columns which you have selected in that report but there is no option to add a where clause.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions. I would suggest you to create a new thread for every unrelated questions. We cannot answer multiple questions in one thread. Creating new thread will help us to give your proper assistance and at the same time it would help other user with having the same problem.

    Thank you!
