How to setup and connect my quote and checkout forms to paypal?

I have two forms - here www.jbcases.com/orderform.html  and here www.jbcases.com/basicruggedorderform.html  

I need to know if there is anyone who can help me to make these forms work so that the customer can get a quote and then pay it through paypal or via credit card through paypal's virtual terminal.
