Posting a Form to Facebook

Have been trying to post a form to facebook so that the image shows up in the post but it just says "jotform"  I've tried the static app but apparently I am not doing it right.  Needs some assistance please.  Thank you.

Does your form contain images? I do belive this is controlled through Facebook's end. Unless one of my colleagues has any further information on this. I do belive this is generated automatically.
