My Forms are not listed on My Account

    I was on the premium monthly package for several months, then submitted to go back to the starter package since I don't have events for another 6-7 months.  I was under the impression that all my info would remain on my account, but when I log in, I don't see any of my forms or information.  Am I doing something wrong?  Or did I misunderstand something?

    Your information should still be in your account: texaspokemon. The account is still under premium status, and it will remain as such until the last paid cycle is over.

    In the case you are not able to view none of your data. Please try clearing your browser's cache and logging back in to your  JotForm account.
