How to switch back form email to HTML format?

    The first mails came as HTML but after some chances i don't anymore

    Picture 3. is that where i chance it from text to HTML?
    It will not chance and still send it as text, like in picture 2.

    Yes, you are correct. The "Switch to HTML method" should change your form notification from text format to the default HTML format. Click on it to restore HTML. However, if the output is not good, I would advise re-creating your form notification;

    1. Delete the current form email settings: How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

    2. Re-create it: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
