How can I create a price quote form for my car rental business with jotform ??

I need to make a price quote form for my small business of car rental like (www.savaari.com, clearcarrental.com )

Can any help me to create such type of form

    a drop box will come out with few more options with name of the locations like

2. Shillong

3. Aizawl  &  so on....

Now for each location, how to create a calculating form so that user can get quote for each type vehicle ?

Can you please tell us how you'd like to calculate the Total Amount?   For example: Booking Type + Pickup Location + Vehicle Type + Number of days. Also, it would be better if you will add the amount of those field options that are included in the calculation.

Unfortunately, I don't find a way to output an amount when I use the sample website. The dropdown menu of the sample website doesn't seem to be working here.

IF Booking Type is equals to Local

AND IF Vehicle Type is equals to Indica

AND IF Pick up Location is equals to  Silchar Central Road 

AND IF Dropping Location is equals to  Sadar Ghat 

AND IF Destination City is equals to  SILCHAR 

THEN Total Amount is XXX + YYY + ZZZ

 

If the Total Amount is different per field combination then we can use our Mathematical Condition. It's just the basics. Let us know what field to include to the calculation and the corresponding amount of each field options.

Here are the logical conditions that I want to put into the form

1.      1. If BOOKING TYPE is equal to LOCAL , all the other dropdown menus (dropping, source  city, destination city) need to hide except PICKUP menu.

       ( Logical condition i.e. TOTAL AMOUNT for LOCAL working fine….. you can check )

 

2.       2.  If BOOKING TYPE is equal to AIRPORT PICKUP     (only DROPPING LOCATION dropdown menu should appear in the form)

     AND IF Vehicle Type is equals to Indica

     AND IF DROPPING LOCATION is equals to  Silchar

     THEN Total Amount is Rs.  800.00

 

      & So on for all VEHICLE TYPE…….

 

3.       3. If BOOKING TYPE is equal to AIRPORT DROP         (only PICKUP LOCATION dropdown menu should appear in the form)

      AND IF Vehicle Type is equals to Indica

      AND IF PICKUP LOCATION is equals to  Silchar

      THEN Total Amount is Rs.  800.00

 

      & So on for all VEHICLE TYPE…….

 

4.        4. If BOOKING TYPE is equal to OUTSTATION ,

 A) a new radio button menu ( TRIP TYPE )should appear with text value ONEWAY and BOTHWAY

B) Two dropdown menus (Pick Up, dropping) need to hide except SOURCE CITY and DESTINATION CITY.

 

5.        5. If BOOKING TYPE is equal to OUTSTATION

        AND IF TRIP Type is equals to ONEWAY

        AND IF Vehicle Type is equals to Indica

        AND IF SOURCE CITY is equals to  Silchar

        AND IF DESTINATION CITY is equals to  GUWAHATI 

        THEN Total Amount is Rs.  6000.00

 

        & So on for all Vehicle  Type..… & Vice Versa

 

6.       6. If BOOKING TYPE is equal to OUTSTATION

     AND IF TRIP Type is equals to BOTHWAY

      AND IF Vehicle Type is equals to Indica

     AND IF SOURCE CITY is equals to  Silchar

     AND IF DESTINATION CITY is equals to  GUWAHATI 

     THEN Total Amount is Rs.8000.00

 

       & So on for all Vehicle  Type..… & Vice Versa.

 

Now, I can share ypu the database of TOTAL AMOUNT for OUTSTATION field using conditional logic entries of TRIP TYPE and VEHICLE TYPE in your mail if you provide your email id.
