Why this form does'nt show up on my site ?

    Was working for 10 first minutes of his creation after I no longuer see it but if I goes directly on this link .. I see it ??

    Did you save it? I looked through your page source including an elemental inspection but I did not find any such form embedded on your website.

    Is this where your form was embedded below the logomap in the large empty spot? Or? Can you check and please confirm?

    Can you try re-embedding the form? Please let us know if you're still having any issues.
