I have a certificate of insurance form that has a drop down option for the following:

    1.  Standard (within 24 hours)

    2.  Rush (within 2 hours)

Is there a way for a notification email that is sent out to depict if a user selects the Standard option vs the Rush option and they get a certain email?

    Thanks,

    Andy

    Thank you for contacting us.

Yes, this is possible to set conditional Autoresponders based on the Drop Down selection.

First of all, you will need to add two Email Autoresponders to the form.

Then, add two 'Send an e-mail after submission' conditions.

    This is it.
