Gift Card purchased but not received

    Hello,


    On 12/10/21, I purchased a $100 gift card (on my AMEX) for The Bevy Restaurant in Naples, FL. That gift card was never received. I have a confirmation e-mail that references "Gift Card Order Number 37."


    Are you able to help me track that down, please?
