My form won't let me upload three minute videos

I upgraded to silver, but my form still won't let me upload .3GB videos. I already turned off the file size requirement on the upload button, but still get an error message on being unable to upload the video. I've also checked to make sure the format is allowed.

I have cloned and tested your form on my end. Are you referring to this File Upload field?

As per checking, you have not included the .mp4 file extension. Please let me know if you have removed the field that is intended for the video. After doing the cloned form, I have successfully submitted my test submission. See the image attached:

Can you please check your form again and do a test submission and see if the issue still persists?

I have also cleared your form cache as a precaution.
