Good afternoon. When I am trying to load data from the website ( your website) for example when trying to open a saved but incomplete form, the data takes quite some time to populate. My internet connection was checked and is adequately fast ranging between 50 and 100 megabits per second . is there a version of your software that I could subscribe to that would offer faster population of data or faster connectivity? I am not behind a firewall of any type

screen has been on this page for more than 2 minutes
similar slow down in multiple entry points
as noted above internet connection is good
see times on right lower side of screenshots

I can't replicate the error. I tried to clone your form, made a test submission, and access the PDF editor and I did not take long for them to load. However, I have cleared the form's cache as an initial aid.
Have you tried to access our website using a different browser? If so, is it also taking longer for the data to load?
I will suggest that you clear your browser's cache and cookies and restart your device, then log back in.
Please let us know how it goes.

I checked the form and the PDF editor and everything seemed quite responsive as it pulled the data quickly:
Can you please try to open it on a different browser(private window/incognito mode) as well as try to clear your browser's cache: https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-clear-your-cache-on-any-browser.
