Access To Data

Hey team, so I have a few forms that our customers fill out and submit via link. Once the form is submitted I want two of my employees to be able to access all the submissions, review data and be able to make edits to the data if needed. I also want them to be able to transfer submission data over to my original PDF and print out the completed PDF form. I DO NOT want them to be able to edit the actual jotforms or accidentally delete the forms I've built. They should also be able to download submitted data to Excel of CSV for their own use if desired. In summary.....

    Account Owner:

    - Complete Access

    Employee:

-Can access data tables, view and edit data

    - Can transfer submissions to original PDF

-Can download data to Excel, CSV, etc.

-Can Not make changes to Jotforms

I have read about the Company Access feature however it is not very clear as to how or if this feature will accomplish what I'm wishing to do. If I set it to Company Access on a form will my customers still be able to fill out the forms if they do not have a company domain email extension? if so this will not work for me. Also how do my employees login in to access the data as I have described above? Thank you for your prompt response.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you are looking to share the submission table with your employees, you can use the Share button on the Tables page.

Choosing Company Access in the Share Settings will require the people with whom you will share the Table to create a Jotform account that’s registered with an email address that has the same domain as the one listed in the Share Settings. For example, if the email domain you set is "nush.org", they'll only be able to access the shared Table if they are logged in to a Jotform account that uses nush.org in their email domain.

Company Access does not affect the customers who will fill out your form since this setting is only for sharing purposes.

After you have shared the Table with your employees, they are able to access it after logging in to their Jotform account and clicking the shareable link you will provide them or the button in the invitation email that will be sent to them.

For more details about the sharing of your form's table, you can check this guide: How to Share Your Jotform Tables and Collaborate

Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Okay, I was able to share the table and I see where they can download to CSV or Excel but I do not see where they can download data to the original PDF as I can when I login as admin. Is there a way to do this?
