How can I customize the thumbnail when sharing my form's link?

How do I attach a unique image to my published form link so that when I share it, it will show my image, not the Jotform default image?

Even if we currently don't have a specific feature to choose the thumbnail image to be shown when sharing a form, if you would like to display a custom image I'd suggest you to add an Image element on top of your form, using possibly a square logo of your brand, like shown below:

In this way you should get that logo as the thumbnail image when sharing your form.
