I am expecting to receive forms sent from American Sentinel College at Post University, but I am not receiving the forms. What suggestions do you have

 If you have received a confirmation email after you submitted the form, you can reply to that email to contact the form owner directly. However, if that is not the case, you may need to contact the school directly to inquire on this.

Why do I ask about this college, because my friend was interested in transferring there, because he doesn't like his current college very much.
