I upgraded to economy to extend the submission limit to 10,000 submissions as we exceeded the 1,000 submissions limit. However, the account has been disabled due to a breach in submission limit. How long does it take for a requested update to the account to take effect in terms of available submissions? Is there a way to re-establish the account by next week? I believe the payment has already been processed.

The upgrade should be reflected immediately after you finished the Payment process to upgrade.
However, please note that the upgrade was not applied to your account because you missed to provide your Jotform log in name while upgrading or you were not logged into your account at that time. So, the subscription was not applied to any account.
With that said, let me inform you that I canceled your Economy subscripton with the Reference Number INT140416-1591-95291 and I requested a refund for you of the equivalent of $19.95 USD, please give it a time frame of 5-10 business day to receive the money.
