Multiple Choice results not showing in notification

    Hi, my form and notification appears to be correctly coded.

    All my fields are correct when a notification email is sent, except for the results on the Multiple Choice element.

    The field has the title: Regulations you would like covered - {typeA226}

    Can you assist?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for providing the needed information about your concern.

    I was able to check your form and it seems like you have different field name in the template.

    I duplicated your form and was able to see the problem. Below is the template you have for the notification:

    When you check on the name of the field, it has a different name which is name226.

    Thank you!

    This is odd because I did not manually input it but used the fields from the insert field dropdown list.

    I changed as you suggest, and it works perfectly now.
