I specified January 17, 2022 as the Start Appointment Date on the form, but the Start Appointment Date that shows up when someone fills out the form is January 18, 2022.

Hi there,
I looked at your form and it looks like it's showing as January 17, 2022.
If you opt to edit the date, don't forget to click on the submit button to apply any changes you want.
I hope this helps!
Cheers,

Thanks for patiently waiting. I cloned your form and was able to replicate the issue. I also tried changing the Start date to 16th but still don't show 17th on the available dates.
I'm escalating this issue to our developers for fixing. Once we have updates to share, we'll inform you here.

Hello eleutheriusedualino,
We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. While waiting for a fix, the start date could be changed as a workaround. To change your start date please follow the steps and screenshots below:
1. Go to Form Builder,
2. Click to Gear Icon of Appointment Element,
3. Go to Limits Section,
4. Change the Start Date to 2022-01-15.
This should temporarily solve your issue until our back-end team applies a permanent fix.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
