Another question, I like people to be able to add 2nd or 3rd family member, but the section should be expand only if they choose to.
How do I do that?

Are your options limited to only 2nd or 3rd or do you want the user to be able to add as much as possible?
If you want the user to add as much family members they want, I suggest you use the widget "Configurable List". With "Configurable List" the user has the option to dynamically add additional fields as shown below.
You would have to use conditional logic if you want the Configurable List to be only visible when user wants to add an additional member as shown below.

If I amke changes to form, do I need to put a new embedd code on website?
or is it automatically changing on websit?
