Am I going to lose access to JotForm.?

I have been using JotForms regularly for a few months now with my clients. I downloaded the free version

But I keep receiving emails from you with 50% offer deals.

Can you advise if I am on a free trial and if I will lose access to my data?

I use it with the email address above under my account.
