Missing fields in notification email.

    Our form email that comes back to us is not sending all of the selections.

    I need this fixed ASAP.


    In photo, the first selection "please select your sport or league..." - that should be coming through on the email once the participant submits it.

    It sounds like you'll need to update your notification email template with the missing fields. Please check out this quick and easy page on how to edit the template for notifications.
