Forms stopped working and can’t log into account

    Hello,


    I recently published a form and all of a sudden it got disabled and I wasn’t able to edit or view any of my forms. I tried logging in with another device but it said wrong password so I changed my password. I tried logging in with new password & now I’m unable to get into my account. Please help

    Hello there,

    Upon checking, I can see that you have 2 accounts. One is under the email that you're using right now which is still Active, and the other one is used to create the form that you're trying to work on which is now Suspended.

    I'll be forwarding this to our review team and I'll let you know once we hear from them.

    Oh yes,

    I accidentally put my personal email when watching out. My concern is regarding the suspended out. Thank you

    So my account got suspended again. I’m unable to access my account. Is there a reason it keeps doing this? Is there anything I need to change of my end? Please advise. Thank you!

    Upon checking, your account is all good and it's not suspended. Are you unable to log in? Let us know so we can ask our review team to check and also ask them what can be done to prevent this from happening again.

    i can get into my account but my formats are still showing disabled

    I checked the forms under the account Bugi.grindz@gmail.com and they're good.

    What can you see on your end? Can you share it with us?

    Also, please try clearing your browser's cache and try again.

    Alrighty it’s working again.


    just for future reference, this is the third time this happened where my forms are disabled. Am I doing something wrong in my end? Or is there anything I can do to prevent this?

    We really apologize for the issue you experience when trying to login.

    I checked both of the email address and this is the result I got:

    Your email address gebinger14@gmail.com was deleted and logging in will not be available.

    Your email address Bugi.grindz@gmail.com is currently active and whitelisted.

    Hope this clarifies your concern.
