I have a number of questions that are currently hidden by conditional formatting. However, when the form is submitted, it is still showing the questions (with no responses) and it is cluttering up the appearance of the form submission. Is there a way to get the submission to only show the questions that were answered? Below is a link to my form.

Hi,
You can use the option in the form's Submissions Page, Auto Hide Empty Fields.
Refer to the image below where to do this
Please inform us if you need further assistance.
Thanks!

I have already checked that. When I look at the submissions online the hidden fields do not show up. However when the submission is emailed, the hidden fields show up as blank. Is there a way to prevent these hidden fields from showing up in email?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Jason,
Is that an actual test made to the live form view? Please confirm.
Also, the Auto Hide Empty Field function would only work for email notification that has the default email body formatting. If you add something to the email body, you have to remove that or you have to click LOCK Data Table button so restore the default formatting:
I hope this helps.
Thanks
