I'm having an issue with my form at: http://www.rukhaacademy.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=146&Itemid=218
I'm not receiving the email alert notification once the submit button is pressed.
The page renders correctly. The "Thank You" pops up after submittal. However, I'm not receiving the information following submission.
Also, I do not receive an email alert notification after hitting the "test" function on the form builder.

I checked your email address to our records and it is in good condition. Our mail logs are showing that emails were successfully delivered to your email address.
Anything on your Spam Folder? The emails may have been filtered as spam. Please kindly check. If no emails are on spam, then please check this guide for our recommendations on how you can resolve this issue with your custom email address: How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues. Especially, with whitelisting our IP Addresses and Domains.
