Change the PDF used in creating the Smart PDF form

I downloaded a pdf and during the process of creating the form, the wording has changed but I can't change the original pdf. The original pdf is printing during the thank you process to show them what they filled out but the pdf is wrong. How can I update the pdf?

I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.

There's no option to change the uploaded PDF. If you have a new PDF form that you would like to use, you're going to have to upload it to create a new form.
