When my for is submitted, it is not reaching my email.

    I think I have everything correct. It was working. Then I bought the plan and it stopped working. I uploaded it several different ways...and it still isn't reaching my email. This is the url that my form is on:

    Upon checking further, your SMT settings might probably be wrong, that's why you do not get the messages as you se the sender email address as fa****ur@s******able.com

    I would recommend you to change this to noreply@formresponse.com
