Need assistance changing/uploading form

Hi,

I just purchased a website (www.corsetconnection.com) and the previous owner as a jotform account (which I just took over). The sitefeatures your forms page and customers routinely use it to submit sizing info and inquiries. I'd like to make changes but each time I update the form and try to upload it to my bigcommerce site, I get errors. I spoke with big commerce and they indicated I need to speak with someone at jotform.
