changes to questions did not update in submission

Hi I changed the questions in one of my forms but the revsions did not transfer to the submissions table.

I numbered the questions and added *in front of some of them. This did work for another form though.

If the columns didn't automatically update you can rename the columns manually. Just click on the right part of column name and then you can go to rename column.
